Xavier Rehman Fawcett is Investment Director at Waterland in Paris, France.

Prior to joining Waterland, Xavier was an Investment Director at Montagu Private Equity in Paris and in London where he was involved in the execution of several transactions in the healthcare, software and consumer markets.

Xavier started his career as a strategy consultant at the Boston Consulting Group where he worked on assignments from its Paris and Lisbon offices. Xavier graduated from the HEC School of Management in Paris with an MSc in Business Administration.
