Judith Smits joined Waterland in January 2023 as Office Manager in Bussum, The Netherlands.

In her role she supports the Management & Investment Team and is responsible for recruitment.

In addition to the aforementioned, Judith has experience in event management for ING Bank, was a Project Manager Officer at Unit4 and has worked within Private Equity Companies.
